The CRS encourages the community members to participate in the radio by inviting them to speak on some issues in the programmes. They are involved in making the programmes, get voice-overs, help getting feedback from the community regarding the programmes. Based upon the information provided by them we modify our programmes. We also invite students of various institutions to participate in the programmes on the radio.

Anil Rajput is a seasoned Radio Jockey and Producer with a Master’s degree in Journalism. Since joining in March 2011, he has demonstrated exceptional talent in broadcasting and production, captivating audiences with his engaging content and dynamic presentation skills. Anil's deep understanding of media and communication, combined with his experience, makes him a valuable asset in the radio industry
Dr. G D.Gulati obtained his Master and Ph.D degrees in Medieval Indian History from the University of Delhi. Joined as a lecturer in Satyawati college ( University of Delhi) and retired as an Associate Professor. He is a renowned scholar of medieval history and authored three monographs -- India's Northwest Frontier in Pre-Mughal Times (1985) , Central Asia Under the Mongols (2010) which has been translated in Chinese by Social Sciences Academic PressChina and Mewat: Folklore Memory History (2013). The books have been reviewed by different scholars and are published in journals of international repute . The works were well-received by the academic community . Besides Dr Gulati has contributed a number of research papers at various conferences and seminars. Nowadays he is busy with a project on the "Silk Route in the Middle Ages".
